In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be encouraged to deepen your spiritual and physical practice through quieting the mind and bringing movement into the body.
We will begin by immersing into a mediation to recognize and let go of any self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back. With this awareness, you will be guided to change your inner dialogue through the understanding and use of positive affirmations.
The main portion will then consist of an energizing & powerful vinyasa yoga flow in which you will be invited to notice your patterns and face any challenges that come up with courage. The more we open our hearts on the mat, the more we can then allow this strength to also be found in our lives off of the mat.
Through this combination, you will be challenged to let go of any negative emotions you might be holding onto in order to allow new a vibrancy into your life. Be ready to sweat and smile!
