I’m honored and excited to announce I’ll be teaching at the 4th edition of the Kula Yoga Festival held in Luxembourg. The weekend will be filled with various meditations, Yoga, sound journeys, dance, mantra concerts, cacao ceremonies, kid‘s yoga, healthy food, and more.
Organized by Mandakini Yoga, the idea behind #yogaharvestsessions is to create a platform for different styles of yoga and music. Yoga and music are both accessible ways to become entirely present. Every second Monday, the record store vinyl harvest is opening its doors to host a yoga session with a live DJ. We provide a fine selection of both yoga instructors and DJs, ensuring that each session is a one-of-a-kind experience.
Before we can change our patterns, we have to become aware of them. This workshop begins with a meditation to recognize and release any negative self-talk that may be limiting our potential. We’ll then move into an energizing and powerful vinyasa yoga flow to notice our physical patterns and challenges. The more we open our hearts on the mat, the more strength we build for life off the mat.
